Thoughtfully curated to enhance the sweeping views of both the ocean and the bay, the design offers something for everyone. Each home features distinct outdoor areas tailored to the residents’ lifestyles, yet the overall site reads as a unified coastal sanctuary – resilient to the elements, responsive to its surroundings, and crafted for refined Hamptons living.
From the tennis court with a viewing platform to the knife-edge swimming pool, fire pit, and outdoor kitchen across the boardwalk, the two properties are flawlessly connected while preserving each home with its own sense of privacy and character.
