This property spans half an acre and is situated on the scenic shores of Mecox Bay. The concept behind the design was to create a seamless connection between the modern home and the dune ecology, making it feel like a natural extension of the surrounding landscape. The pool area is elevated and bordered with beach grass, which creates a smooth transition from the house to the pool while also framing stunning views of the bay. 

The use of native plant species adds to the overall beauty of the property while preserving the delicate wetlands ecosystem. The house's contemporary design is complemented by a custom concrete terrace, which provides an inviting outdoor dining and entertainment space.
